TL;DR
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 10% of your credits.
- Credit-back for any failed enhancement that produces no usable output.
- Pro-rata refund may be offered at our discretion outside the standard window.
- No refund for credits fully consumed, or for requests received after the 14-day window.
Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. Requests received after this period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The request must be received within 14 days of purchase.
- You must have used no more than 10% of the credits in your pack.
- The purchase must not have been flagged as fraudulent or abusive.
- Your account must be in good standing.
If you have used more than 10% of your credits, you may still be eligible for a pro-rata refund covering the unused portion, at our discretion.
Failed Enhancements
AI processing occasionally fails for technical reasons. You are not charged a credit for a failed enhancement. If a credit was deducted in error, we will return it to your account automatically. If you believe a credit was unfairly consumed, contact support@TATOTI KAPITAK.com within 7 days and we will investigate and credit you back where appropriate.
Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been fully consumed.
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic outcome of AI processing, where the Service delivered a complete output and worked as intended.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Charges resulting from third-party currency conversion fees.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@TATOTI KAPITAK.com with the following information:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The order or receipt number (visible on your Stripe receipt).
- The reason for the refund request.
You do not need to call, fill in a form, or speak to a chatbot. A real person on our team will respond.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Once approved, the refund is initiated within 2 business days and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g. filed for credits that were used in full) will be contested with evidence and may incur a service fee.
EU / UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-goods purchase. By starting to use credits (i.e. by enhancing your first image) you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once we have performed the service.
This does not affect your statutory rights against TATOTI KAPITAK for goods or services that are faulty or not as described.
